William Grayson Jr attended Auburn University in Auburn Alabama where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Grayson went on to work for companies such as N.B.Handy, IBM and UPS. Mr. Grayson semi-retired from UPS after spending 17 years with the company. Mr. Grayson began as a Help-Desk Technician and was able to move up the ranks to Systems Analyst and Manager. Mr. Grayson traveled extensively to train, test, code, configure and implement from the ground up Warehouse Management systems for multi-billion dollar companies such as Adidas, Sleep Number and Dow Agro just to name a few. Upon retiring from UPS Mr. Grayson decided to follow his love of fitness #bboxthang where he took a leap of faith and opened Battle Box Wellness in Conyers, GA. Battle Box is a 5,000+ square foot innovative center focusing on group fitness. As an owner operator Mr. Grayson is able to become a part of many individuals lives within the community assisting them with their health goals on a daily basis. To this very day Mr. Grayson continues to host and consult men, women and youth to maintain their personal health and wellness goals through group classes and personal training.
