Instructors will execute and monitor the following 6 events on-site. 1. Three repetition maximum deadlift (MDL). This is intended to assess muscular strength, balance, and flexibility. 2. Standing power throw (SPT). This will assess physical power, balance, and flexibility. 3. Hand release push-up-arm extension (HRP). Our Staff will ensure muscular endurance is achieved. 4. Sprint-drag-carry (SDC). Another muscular endurance test facilitated by our Staff. 5. Plank (PLK). Assess muscular strength and endurance. 6. Two-mile run. Cardio equipment will be in place to accurately test aerobic endurance.
